Download the "x86_64-Cloud.qcow2" image from the OpenSuse Leap Apliances portal
Convert the image to VMDK
qemu-img convert -f qcow2 -O vmdk Leap-16.0-Minimal-VM.x86_64-Cloud.qcow2 Leap-16.0-Minimal-VM.x86_64-Cloud.vmdkImport the converted image using Xen Orchestra and create a new VM
